Provided by YP.comGentleman arrived in a timely manner but completely did not provide service to the description of his website. His website states they will explain the problem and let us know what needs to be fixed and what parts to order if any. He did not inform me of the problem. Went ahead and fixed, which was a jammed ice maker, and charged me 120.00. That also included a 50.00 service call fee which was suppose to be added to the cost of repairs. Highly over charges customers and do not give great customer care when we called back to address the over charge. I could have fixed it myself if he would have informed us. He didn't even pull out the fridge. I did that myself. Would not recommend this company unless you want to be ripped off.!!!!!!
