I ordered a set of towing mirrors from Apex auto supply, received them in a timely manner. When I opened the box, the right hand side mirror had 2 cracks in it. I have been trying to get in touch with them to get a replacement, however no one will answer the phone and the message says that their mailbox is full--not real happy as of now!!

My husband recently ordered and received a set of roof rails for a 2012 Toyota Highlander.The product arrived damaged and we have been unable to contact Apex Auto Parts who shipped the parts. The Apex phone indicates that the voice mailbox is full and no messages can be left. An email to Apex has not been answered. We need to return the part or have the broken piece replaced.

Only one star because there is not a no star sent me a broke grill almost a week ago called and emailed everyday no repose still have no idea what customer service is
