Provided by YP.comWent for a refill, she gave me the wrong prescription 3x times in 1 visit. Did not listen to my answers to her questions, was very rough and rushed. I had to call Kaiser member services to file a complaint and get them to correct the disaster. Took 6 hours and multiple trips to the pharmacy to get a refill, did not think it would be this difficult. Very upset and disappointed at her professional courtesy and conduct.
