i just received the order by UPS, and it looks perfect. I ordered TEIN street flex for my 2008 Miata I found it on ebay, but I contacted the seller directly and got the best deal online. I thought I should give a better rating because all others are complaint. thanks

Avoid at all costs. Bought some mirrors that were bad and sent for an exchange. 5 months later and nothing. There phones never work and they never answer emails. I want my money back and will soon be making a police complaint as they rip people off. Stay away from at all cost.

This company/seller is a JOKE... Beware !!!. I bought a lip from them through ebay and they shipped me a defected product and wants me to file damage claims with UPS. HAHAHA... I told them that it has nothing to do with UPS because the box is not damaged or anything. I tried to get a hold of them through numerous emails and phone calls and they avoided me. STAY AWAY. DO NOT BUY now or even again from this seller. Tell all your friends and buddy to stay away from this company or seller.

BUYER BEWARE- BAD SELLER. Bought item off Ebay, kept delaying shipment with back order emails. Agree to wait......then NOTHING. Took money, never delivered item, never gave refund. Sent NUMEROUS emails.......no response. Worst "Business" ever! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, unless you like being scammed.

I bought some cheap aftermarket wheel spacers from Kuruma Motoring and was a defective product. They demanded $15 from me to ship back to them for a warranty claim. They are unprofessional, and do not return my repeated inital emails for support. They simply do not offer any after service or customer support, and in their eyes, the customer is NOT always right. They just decided to send me back one line responses and did not care for the safety issue the defective product presented.



Buyers, please steer clear from making any purchases from Kuruma Motoring and Kimbo Lee. They are only interested in making the sale and while you may save a few dollars here and there, you will eventually be left with a product that they sell, but do not support. Their customer service isn't just horrible, it's non-existent. Spend your money elsewhere at a business that values its customer base and support professional, honest businesses. Kuruma Motoring is not an honest and professional business.
