The product was mediocre, but the way the company operates is terrible. I had issues with this company through every step of the process. First, they didn���t answer email inquiries through their website, and their order form didn���t work. I managed to get a broacher from them, and the phone # printed on it was incorrect. Once I finally ordered and received the product (a dog food dispenser), it work poorly, and dispensed food inconsistently.



So I acquired an RMA# from Perfection, washed the product and returned the product. Week later they had not process the return. I called to check on the status of the return when Perfection demonstrated a complete lack of customer service skills. After being extremely rude to my wife, I call and got the same rude treatment, got into an argument on the performance of the food dispenser, was told they would refund my money because it was ���used��� when I tried it out the one time. I asked to speak to the individual���s manager and was told I was speaking to the highest ranking person in the company! I asked for his name and he would not give it to me.



Based on this my opinion of Perfection Inc. is that they are a poorly run company with little or no integrity or drive to satisfy their customers. This attitude seems to start at the top of the organization and run down. Looking back over their broacher and website, nowhere does it say ���Satisfaction Guarantied���. Now I have a good idea why.
