This company is absolutely incompetent in conducting the business of freight forwarding. No distribution of information about the arrival/clearing dates, changing and adding charges, forgetting to supply the warehouse release information will result in increased shipping costs to the company/individual using their services. Refusal to provide phone access to an agent that could look into a specific shipment situation leaves the customer with accumulated costs at the end and the delay of multiple weeks in receiving the shipment. As there seems to be no one actively managing the process and the only contact given hardly speaks English, it is guaranteed that your shipping experience will be plagued by problems and added costs.
