We recently bought a new Mazda at Puente Hills Mazda. We initially went through Consumer Reports Build & Buy Car Buying Service. We got a terrific deal and Puente Hills Mazda honored the price. The best part of the experience was dealing with Helen, an absolutely terrific salesperson. Incredibly professional, helpful, excellent communication skills and ethical. She guided us through every step of the process and even delivered that car to our home in West Los Angeles. We had a minor issue after we bought the car and Helen took care of everything. All the staff at Puente Hills Mazda were first-rate, but Helen was a real standout. If you go to this dealership ask for Helen. You will be in good hands.

There were no pressure sales tactics, no bad mouthing the competition, none of the usual. Chris and David were able to match man extremely good price from another dealer. These guys are so cool. They were so willing to work with us on everything! They deserve five stars.

I found out the morning of my arrival, the exact model I wanted had sold the night before. No prob, Dominick was on it. He began call other Dealerships, and in the end, made a trade and had my vehicle driven to Puente Hill. Filled the tank, washed my ride, walked me through all the features, and I was on my way. Great experience, great deal on my ride. So, if you are in the market for a Mazda, shoot Dominick a email, you will be glad you did.
