Absolute worst dealership I have ever worked with. They wasted my time, took my deposit money and sold the car I was supposed to buy. Gave me a fake quote to come back again next day. Spent 4 hours waiting to finalise the "deal", incompetent sales staff kept asking for "10 more minutes" after realising the deal was not happening I left.



Next day I return to get my deposit check back, was told that the deal I was offered the day before was impossible. Was told the sales person who wasted my time the day before was trying to steal rebates. Against my better judgment I let them try and put together a deal for me. After 2 hours it became obvious the deal was not going anywhere. Asked again for my deposit check, was told they had already cashed the check, why they would cash a check without finalising a deal is beyond me.



Asked to speak to the general manager Jaime, but he didn't have the guts to speak to me in person. I bought my first car from this dealership, but never again.

Worst Dealership ever. My relative went in there. She is legally and psychologically disabled and they fleeced her for nearly 1000 DOLLARS!!!! Stay away from this dealership. They will do anything to "Steal" your money. The service department is rude and unethical. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hell hole. Their Service Manager DAVID is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Beware!

A very bad experience

I wanted to write this review about my experience at this "Super Ford" Dealership in the City of Industry, Service Department & tell you why I am giving this a very poor review. First of all before taking my Ford Fusion to get a oil change done I called a whole day before to talk to a guy that worked at this service department, to tell him that I do have my rewards from a different dealership & I was wondering if I can use them there? In his words " Yeah sure, we could find your rewards form your vin # on your vehicle". Also I wanted to schedule the oil change because I don't want to be waiting long & in his words again " oh! We don't make appointments because it's during the week & it wouldn't take long". After speaking to him, I thought to myself Okay good & I was happy to take my car there for the oil change.

Next day came & I took my car for the oil change. My time waiting for my oil change to be done took over 2 hours. When it was time to get the bill (expecting ONLY to pay the difference from my rewards) Joe from this service department tells me that I can not use my rewards & there was nothing he can do. I was Flabbergasted to find this out! I felt trapped! I asked to speak to a manager because this was the only reason why I chose to go to this ford dealer. When the manager came out (never gave me her name) I explained to her what had happened & I was hoping that she can help me. (I was wrong) this people who work at this dealership are only there to take your $$$$. They took advantage of me & I was so upset. NEVER AGAIN I'm i taking my car to this ford service department.

I like the fact that the sales...

I like the fact that the salesperson, Andy Tsai was very friendly and knowledgeable about the function of the car and he took his time to explain the features of it. I would not have purchased a car at puente hills if I did not receive exceptional service by Andy and another sales persons.

Very good customer service felt very comfortable went to other nissan dealer did not get very good customer service. PUENTE HILL NISSAN IS AWESOME!!!!!
