I've been trying to get my Bill Of Sale and MCO/Tittle for over 3 weeks, Order #38791 Ordered on March 13th, received Scooter about 10 days later. I then sent a email to Amy asking about the BOS & MCO she said it had been shipped to the shipping address. I informed her that was not addressable by USPS and asked if she could email or send it to my billing address. She responded and said they would when the mail was returned to them from USPS. It's May 2nd, I still don't have the BOS and MCO. I can't register my scooter, therefore cant drive it. I've called (888) 358-2887 option 3, (MCO/BOS team) 4-5 times now over the last month and have never gotten a call back. Each time leaving my Order#, Name and phone number. I've also left Amy a few voice mails with the same information and haven't gotten a call back. I've filled out the online MCO request form and regardless of method, I haven't gotten any response. I've been patient and very pleasant in every attempt to contact this company.

I bought a scooter from this place 3 years ago. The scooter arrived without the storage unit that was supposed to be free with purchase. No matter how many times I contacted them they never sent the unit to me. The bike stalled in traffic many times and I was almost killed more than once. When I called to get it checked out they charged me to have it towed to their center. A week later it was still stalling in traffic. I was late for work many times and crashed due to a stall. When I took it to another shop they said a filter had been installed backwards at the company, causing dust and debris to make it stall. They told me it would cost $400 to fix it, which is half of what I paid for the scooter. I decided to give the bike away for parts because I didn't want to profit from someone dying on the scooter. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. No amount of savings are worth the frustration and danger of buying a bike here.
