My experience with family service counselor Diane A. Brooks in Pre-Planning Funeral Service was friendly, comfortable helpful and welcoming she work with me like we’re one Family, understanding my needs and communicating were excellent. She also was able to save me money on my Cemetery Plot. I am very Happy with her service.

There was communication confusion the day of our services which was not appreciated. Rose Hills personnel gave hearse driver wrong info, and our whole motorcade got lost. Family Graves have not been maintained as expected either. We do not live anywhere near Rose Hills and cannot visit as often as desired.
