This fire table from Sunvilla corporation, purchased at Costco, was delivered in January 2, 2020 at 2:40. I called 888-690-9800 and spoke with a woman named Jessica Patron on June 13th. She told me I would get a response within 72 hours. I never heard from her and it has been 10 days. I called the toll free number today and was on hold for a very long time. I was then told by a woman named Deanna this looks like water damage and is not covered under the warranty. This is an outdoor set, not inside. I have taken good care of this table but the finish is flaking off. Can someone please help me in replacing the top of this table?
