My car has factory bluetooth but for phone calls only. I have an AUX port, but what a pain to have to plug my phone in for music each time I get in the car. There appear to be only two options available for the make and model of my car, USA Spec being one. USA Spec has hundreds of good reviews on Amazon and elsewhere, but I wanted to call and ask some questions before I buy. Then I saw two terrible reviews posted here. I think we all know that negative reviews sometimes get posted by sleazy competitors, so I don't believe everything I read, just like I don't believe every good review either. I called USA Spec myself and talked to Victor. He was professional and incredibly patient as I went through the long list of my questions. So glad I called for myself rather than believing what I read here. I'll be ordering today (not from Amazon though since they're not an authorized dealer).

These people just don't care about their customers. They are cavalier about their bad attitude. The cable for the iPod interface that I bought has broken 3 times. I've replaced it each time at $35 a pop. It's just a little USB cable. This time, although I should have requested a free replacement, I called and graciously asked for a discount, They practically told me to go stuff myself. I talked to 2 people and they were both VERY RUDE! A guy named Richard just hung up on me. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! Their PRODUCTS SUCK as bad as their ATTITUDES!

tech support on the rag. the guy was a douche from the start. literally saying "it's not that hard sir to follow a diagram in front of you." he spent more energy belittling a guy (me) trying to understand a couple harnesses full of wires and a diagram in front of me. tech SUPPORT, NOT TECH DOUCHEBAGGERY. and no we didn't get it working.
