Got a Groupon, called for weeks with no answer, finally got someone and made an appointment. Arrived for appointment door was locked, no one within sight. I rattled door for a few minutes, someone finally appeared motioned to wait, wouldn't even let me in out of the cold for 10 min. Once inside waited another 10 min for her wrap up the previous appointment. She then says that she doesn't see me in the appointment book, I say I talked to a guy and show her the picture of the sign he texted me. She says she has another appointment and schedules me for the following week and says they'll make it up to me for my time. The following week the massage was ok but rather unorganized with Pandora playing relaxing music with very annoying commercials. Afterward I mention that she said she would makeup for the mix up the previous week and schedules another appointment. Today they call back all confused saying they don't understanding even after I explain and they cancel the appointment. These people are a disaster, they will waste your time and annoy you with their unprofessional behavior.
