My tracking information on my package says it was delivered on Jan 31 at 9:43am. Mailbox was empty then and it is still empty now. Tracking number is 9400111699000640032201

I don'the know what events lead up to their review but I have never had a problem or any concerns with this branch. The counter staff works very hard to save me money. I go there probably 2 to 3 times a week and WILL continue to go there. This IS my post office!

constantly delivering my mail to neighbors boxes and neighbor's mail to mine! Been at this address for 3 years so assume they are hiring untrained sorters and delivery personnel.

This post office in Clackamas has the most laziest staff. When I took my International Packages into them with all hand written customs forms, they said they cannot accept because they don't have the man power to handle it. I need to create the customs form on line. The website did not tell me that. After I hand written all 30 of them, now I have to go to their website to redo what I have done. Really. Outstanding customer service. What a joke.

The Post Office should indicate on their website that due to limit manpower, customs form has to be created online.
