I paid for "bone dry,ready to go" wood and got a cord of mixed wood that was just split. This wood won't be ready for at least a year. Spend your money somewhere else and save yourself from a chimney fire and actually be warm this winter.

Beware of Wood 2 Go scammer Jason! His ads boast of seasoned wood ready to go, honest hard working crew. THESE ARE LIES! Jason delivered wood and took off before I realized what I got was wet soggy wood. When I called him to come pick it up and get my money back he refused. He suggested delivering a third of a cord of "bone dry" wood. That's what I asked for in the first place! He then suggested that I use the dry wood to start up a hot fire to burn the wet wood. What a joke! That is just asking for creosote buildup and a possible chimney fire! He hung up saying he was in traffic and would call me back. Never did. I called him back again and my calls go straight to voicemail.



I've done my research on this guy and he is riddled with scams including his "charity" to help warm kids. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY! Search for his phone number on craigslist and do not order wood from him no matter how attractive his ad may be!
