Provided by YPmobileI would never recommend this company to anyone. The manager is rude and discourteous. I changed companies because I was in a crisis and they wouldn't help. My son is in the military and they didn't even care about that. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with this company.

I purchased a home and included on the papers is the propane tank on my property. the tank is marked "Stanley". upon shopping for propane I contacted Coyne and talked to a rep names Rose. She became very rude and unprofessional. Stating that I do not own the tank they do. They had bought out Stanley 3 years past and left the tank there so they could service the property and that NO ONE was to put propane in the tank but them.. The tank was left 7 YEARS ago. I have read the reviews on this page and was hesitate to call them. I now know I will not use them for any of my future propane needs. I wish there was a way to leave a negative star as a warning to others to avoid these people.

They are out filling customers with auto pay (Who are not in need of LP right now) and leaving the people that REALLY need LP out in the cold. I payed for 200 gallons on a Monday for LP and here it is Thursday and no coyne. Just POOR service. Whoever does the routing needs some more schooling on how to route correctly. coyne was just across the street Tuesday, filled the neighbors tank, just to leave and drive RIGHT BY us. No wonder it costs so much to deliver LP. The company needs a NEW router, who knows how to route efficiently. Also, there is NO communication between the people who work at coyne in Clare,Michigan. I called on Tuesday, asked Karen if we could get our LP maybe on Wednesday. As, the coyne tank gauge is NOT working correctly. It sticks on 17 and then drops to 7 the next day! (As the coyne truck drove RIGHT past us on Tuesday) She said that she would talk to Kim (Who does the routing) Well, she (Karen) never said a word to Kim (Per Rose) My wife is disabled and it shouldn't take 5 business days to get LP! Back to just POOR customer service. I will be looking to change providers here VERY soon.

Provided by YPmobileVERY rude and unprofessional. They were first contacted september 4, 2014, to remove a tank from my yard. Well, as of today, October 16, it still has not been removed. Office staff has been very snappy and rude whenever I contact them. Also not good at communicating. I called about setting up a budget plan and was told they had already started and I would start out having to "catch up". I had not even been sent info regarding the cut off date, so how was I to know?

Provided by YPmobileDo not waste your time. The office staff are very rude and communicate with very snotty attitudes no matter how much money you spend or how timely you pay your bills.
