I can not speak for the dealerships sales tactics but if your car needs service and you do not want to be ripped off.....Go somewhere else! Violated Bureau of Automotive Repair Regulations regarding...Written estimates...Authorization from customer before performing additional repairs...Invoice requirements to record degree of wear of replaced ball joints. Offers 10% discount off parts and labor at time of estimate but did not receive it when time to pay the bill. As for the cost of parts; they can easily be found anywhere else on the planet for approximately 50% less! If/when you have had it with being lied to by Service Advisor, don't bother talking to Service Manager.
