Our company has been using B-Line for over 5 years and have always maintained their units, been timely with deliveries and with removals at different sites in all of the 6 counties that we utilize... cleaning has been timely and if I've needed any additional services or cleanings we may need when extra workers are at sites, have always been taken care of. Would recommend B-Line to anyone. We also utilize their special event units for company parties and for personal events.

I rented a portable holding tank for camper that my family and I are living in for 6 months. I was told that they would drop the tank and then come drain it once a week on Friday. We'll they dropped the tank like they said, and for the first two weeks they came once a week to empty it, on Sunday (not Friday). After that they only came to empty the tank once every two weeks. I let this go for 6 weeks without calling until my tank filled up completely and I had to call them to come empty it. After that call, to say my tank was full and let them know they had only been emptying it once every two weeks, they called my wife and told her that they could no longer service our tank and they would have to come pick our tank up. This really put me in a bad spot because I decided to place my camper here because I was able to get this tank, now I have no way to dump my tanks. These people did not stick to what they said they would do with their service.
