Best plumbing and heating company!!! He has been the ONLY plumber I have trusted with what I needed done for the past 34 years. As for the other review.. You did not even get service from this company and you are going to take time out of your day to leave negative feedback when you do not even know the quality of their work because you are salty because you did not get services rendered? I'm sorry but there are plenty of doctors and dentists that CANNOT accept new patients and this is no different.. this is a one man show that has been ran successfully for 40+ years, not a large company with a bunch of employees.. it's ran by ONE man. Shame on you!! I am extremely thankful that I that I am a VIP customer of Gonyeas Plumbing & Heating. Normally I would not have left a review but I feel like it was defamation of a company for absolutely no reason. Emergency services yes, for CUSTOMERS!! Not to mention I know for a fact they did not even speak to the owner himself because he has an answering service to deal with that. This is a very reputable company and all of the customers have been customers that have stuck with him for decades for the most part. Keep up the great work Gonyea!!

I have a current septic emergency that cannot wait. This business would not come out to help because "I'm not a current customer". To me, an emergency is an emergency and the companies who claim to deliver this type of service should do their job regardless of current business relationship or not. Disappointing is too high a rating for this company. I would not recommend them.

I highly recommend Gonyea's Plumbing/Heating! The service is prompt and the contractor will attend to emergency situations with promptness.
