ABSOLUTELY NO POST PURCHASE SUPPORT!!! Stopped by with my fiance a week ago and purchased just over $300 worth of merch. The Nitecore battery charger we bought for our vape was fantastically defective out of box. The warranty info inside the box states that in order for it to be valid the warranty card should have been filled out by the seller... it wasn't. When in the store I specifically asked that if I had trouble how it would be handled... the lady assured me with a wide smile that even though I'm from out of state if I called with an issue they would be happy to help. FOUR vm's and a week later I haven't gotten one call back. Not even decent enough to call back and say that I'm out of luck. Here I am leaving my first ever online review to make sure all you out of state travelors know that you WILL NOT get any product support from the couple that runs this place after driving off the lot.
