I work at a bank handling Property Preservation on homes in foreclosure and if you know anything about this you know getting issues addressed in a timely fashion, having good quality photos, and following guidelines are everything to investors such as HUD/FHA, FNMA and FMAC. I think it is ironic that NFR states on their website “We have built our business around four principles to deliver on those priorities: Accuracy, Timeliness, Customer Service and Automation.” They do NOT hold their contractors responsible for anything and they don’t even bother to check to see what they are posting even makes sense. I don’t think their contractors know anything when it comes to the investors guidelines. Their invoices are incorrect and don’t always reflect the amounts that I approve. The photos they provide are not even time/date stamped with the current year. When work is ordered their system generates a due date 10 days out. I can honestly say I have NEVER received anything before or on the due date. I would say never expect your work orders to be completed earlier then 20 days after you order it and don’t be surprised if it takes longer then 30. As for the customer service well I guess that just depends on who you get a hold of! My company has recently switched from NFR to Five Brothers and comparing the two, NFR knows nothing regarding animation.
