Staff was attentive and very nice. Helpful, talked about prices and differences in product. Even gave me a free bag of pipe tobacco to try out. I was very impressed, prices are GREAT, and I will definitely return.

I went to spencers November 14 and planned on spending a decent amount on a new water pipe when I asked for blunt wraps the employee snapped and refused sale. She didn't even correct me and say cigar wraps she denied the entire sale because I didn't call it by its proper name. Note for future customers if old black haired lady is working go else where

I went in 6-2-15 to look at stuff and to write some items down that I was interested in, so I could go online and see if I could find the items, read reviews, & see if the items were right for me. Well the man there had an attitude over it. Said something about me leavingin a body bag if I continued to write stuff down. I have never had a problem with Spencer's until ltoday.

We are truly not impressed with the misrepresentation that we received at the new store in Claremont,NH. Its too bad we spend our hardworking money their and they donot want to help us. The employee was nice but the policies that were put into affect afterwards suck.
