Ill start from the beginning. We purchased our fifth wheel from Catfish who in my opinion is one of the best salesman in the business, but with that being said is the only good thing that I can say about these people. We purchased our fifth wheel in the middle of October of last year took it out a total of six nights when we returned it for some warranty work. We paid $600.00 for a pre delivery inspection that was supposed to catch all the problems. The shower leaked into the bottom compartment soaking our belongings, one of the slide outs was off track and a few other problems. When I took it in to get the warranty work done to it I wanted to get it winterized as well. A month went by without even a phone call when I finally went up there to express my concern with the lack of communication I was told that they were having problems finding a shower pan at which time I saw everybody running around trying to find one all of a sudden which tells me that they forgot all about it. I told the service manager (who is lazy and incompetent at his job) that all I wanted is communication and I would be satisfied and left. After another month of being there I went to them again this time more angry wanting my money back. They after all had the camper longer then we owned it at which time I was told to bad "a sale is a sale" . We finally got our camper back on January 20th over two months of it being at the dealer. Save yourself the headache and don't buy from these people they are cheapskates and cowards. Did I mention that I tried calling the owner and he doesn't even return phone calls. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

They are great until after they have your money. Incredibly rude, act annoyed about inquiries, and will blatantly lie. One of their management even yelled at my 64 year old mother for inquiring about a title. He was so loud that her whole office heard him. Unacceptable.

Route 66 offers a wide variety of new and used units- from travel trailers, fifth wheels, motor homes and motor coaches. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Prices are below retail price in most cases and are made to fit my budget. Their service center is awesome and have knowledgeable hard working folks who care about the customer.
