Came in knowing I just wanted Freon added to my AC unit. They charged me $79 fee for the few mins they came to add the 1lb of Freon on top of the cost of the Freon which is already high. So a total of over $170. In the past I have had 2lbs Freon added to my AC for less than $150 from another company. So I am not happy about the unnecessary cost.

We were lied to!!! Will NOT use this company again!!! Since we were on the plan they would not charge for Freon since they could not find leak. But when we said we were not going to buy new coils they all of a sudden sent us a bill for $83.00 for the Freon.

The technician I had from Vickrey Heat and Air was very friendly and professional. He did a fantastic job.

You can count on Vickrey Heat and Air, they always honor warranties and resolve issues effectively. I highly recommend them and their services.

They have excellent customer service and they back up all of their products is something goes wrong.

These guys do an awesome job anytime I need them. No complaints at all and never any problems - they do the job right the first time.

The quality of work that they provide is next to none, and they were fast! I've never had a job not completed on time. If there are any issues with any products installed, they're also great at resolving any warranty issues with them.

I've worked with them and a few different projects and I'm always pleased with the outcome. They get pretty book during the busy season, but between myself and my contractor we can always get a hold of them. I use them whenever they fit the specs for the project because they are so great about warranties. I've had parts break at least three times and I've always gotten my money back. They are just a great company all around.
