Ive been with Dr Fornes for 30 years!

Never have had anything but great service and advice from this Dentist & his staff.

I read a review here saying rudeness was incurred, though everyone's had a bad day from time to time... I've never seen or heard anything rude at this office.

I rate Dr Fornes and the rest of the office very high!

This dentist, or perhaps it was his rude receptionist, refused treatment to an eighteen year old with a loose tooth and infection because he could not pay for his first visit up front. He had insurance! We were not informed of this bizarre policy until after making an appointment.



The young man was fortunate to find another dentist in the area who accepted his insurance without requiring a money up front.



When I called to cancel the appointment and tell the dentist what I thought of his "policy", the receptionist stated that they wouldn't want to treat my boy anyway. This happened on 8/12 at 12:30 p.m.
