This morning I placed a mobile order and walked over to this location before catching the train. I waited and waited for more than 10 minutes while other customers came in, ordered, had their drink made and left. A group of young girls walked in about two minutes after me and was waiting a long time. One of them finally said something and this prompted me to do so as well. It had been more than 10 minutes and 10-15 orders had come in and gone out while my drink had been sitting there unmade. The guy behind the counter even told the other lady working that he was fine and caught up despite having 4-5 unmade drinks sitting there. When I spoke up, I got an incredibly rude and patronizing response from the man behind the counter with curly hair. In fact, he stopped making drinks, causing more of a delay, to patronize me. His response to me as the customer was so out of line that I left without my drink. I have never been talked to like this and would be fired if I ever spoke to someone like this in my job. I have already reached out to Starbucks corporate and they have refunded my money and apologized. Do not go to this Starbucks!
