The is a really great fish restraint I now live in flagstaff Arizona we need a Fast Zackels here in flagstaff az. 86001 we have no fish place here and we need one. I used to live in Greensburg, pa 15601. I found Fast Zackels riding my boyfriend around on my motor cycle. I love this place so very much.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The waitress was a completely inconsiderate, rude and disrespectful. I used to waitress for all types of dining. I would have never lasted if I acted this way. Never offered refills. After 20 minutes of not noticing we were dehydrated, we had to ask her for refills. She said okay, and must have walked back and forth to the kitchen with out bringing drinks. We had ordered an appetizer, which also took about 20-25 minutes. They weren't slow, but they weren't busy. I would say, steady. We had to find another waitress to check on the order, and then it was brought out to us. We split an order of wings, after the app. Dry. No sauce. Had to ask numerous times, for extra celery, blue cheese and sauce. We asked if there was a shortage on sauce, She said "no" with an attitude. When she brought the wings, she placed them on the table without offering or asking if we needed anything else. Matter of fact, she said nothing at all. We had to ask other staff for refills again. Instead of them, getting them for us, they went and told her to come to our table. She finally does after, again, 20 minutes, bring out the refills. Needless to say we got a manager, which was just another waste of time. He just kept saying he couldn't change how the waitress acted or what she said. I told him, I used to work in the business, and actually he can. He could do a lot of things. He wasn't getting the point either. He asked us, what we think he should do. ????? A comp would make sense. He only took off the appetizer. Mind you, we were charged a $2.00 upsale for the extra junk celery sticks and blue cheese. Clearly, she was working on not getting a tip. I am thinking the two of them probably have something going on together. We come a distance for this place and their wing night. I have never had such a bad experience there in the past. Or anywhere for that matter. It takes a lot for me not to tip 20%. Even more not to tip at all. Never again.
