I noticed a sign outside this little shop, advertising that they ship UPS. I had purchased something on Amazon and needed it returned because it was the wrong thing. I go into the store with shipping label in hand, but no tape. The lady behind the counter informed me that there was a dollar fee to ship. I had no cash, but a kind lady beside me offered a dollar. I thanked her and expressed that I had no tape. The woman behind the counter's demeanor instantly changed to annoyed and she ranted about how she hated the fact that they use UPS. I just kindly told the lady who gave me the dollar "thanks" and that I would be going elsewhere. The lady behind the counter, still sounding annoyed, told me that there were no other UPS shipping places around, to which I replied there are plenty. She stuck her nose up and I was on my way out while she continued to complain. I went to the dollar store less than a mile away, purchased tape, and continued less another mile to a FREE drop box.never again.
