Recently picked up 2 dresses I had altered at this shop and very pleased with results and prompt service. Owner was very accommodating and I will be sure to return in the future.

I'm so surprised of Kay S. review. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at Altered Couture and are looking forward to having the owner assist my future daughter-in-law with her bridal gown, along with the bridal party. It will be wonderful to see how she will use her expertise to complete this memorable moment.

As the owner, I'm responding to your nasty review on 4/6/17 saying the first time you had a dress altered you had a complaint and I refused to fix it.
I looked up your invoice and on 9/16/16 I tapered a dress for you. (Notice the dates - a 7 month difference )
First of all I never refuse fixing an item if someone is not pleased. I will gladly accomodate anyone to satisfy them.
As far as "not a good business" i've been sewing for 47 years and I have a steady clientele.
Second of all your comments are very disrespectful to elders.

I had several items "taken in" and they fit perfectly. You could not even tell they were altered. I was very impressed with the quality of the work. Will definitely return!

Awesome job! Lady was very personable and super nice! Excellent work on my dress and was done in a reasonable amount of time! :) couldnt be happier!

The owner has poor interpersonal skills and apparently has no problem speaking harshly to her clients.
