Dr. Frattali practices in our Clarks Summit, Hamlin, and Scranton offices. She joined Northeastern Eye Institute in 1993, and is the third generation of her family to practice ophthalmology in the Scranton area. Dr. Frattali received her bachelor's degree form the University of Scranton and was awarded her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. She completed an internship in internal medicine and received her training in ophthalmology at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Frattali is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, and the Lackawanna County Medical Society. Dr. Frattali is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with special interests in cataract surgery, glaucoma, and pediatric ophthalmology.
