I ordered flowers for my sister. The driver delivered them to her house however left them around the house and did not contact her. There was no path to the door that the flowers were delivered. The driver did not ring the doorbell to the only door that has a pathway. I called my sister a couple days later. She did not receive the flowers. Later that day a neighbor went out to look for the flowers. He found them but they were out in the cold for 2 nights and they were loaded with bugs. I contacted McCarthy Flowers, they said they would get back tome. They never got back to me and it was over a week. Today I contacted McCarthy Flowers, I was told they credited my account, and she said "ok, we credited your account, you don't have to purchase flowers from us again, end of story!" This poor customer service is definitely what I do not need. There are other florist in that area. "End Of Story"!!!
