I have taken all our dogs here, Pam is great and very good with our animals- they liked Pam and never gave us any trouble getting them to go with Pam - did a great job- no problems ever- over the last 7 years. This business is busy and if you want your dog done quickly it would be best to take them somewhere else- she has crates for the animals and they are not abused- that is why she is open until 5pm- it takes time to do a good job.

Beware

Our dog was bleeding from the nails being cut, and had burns / cuts on his skin. In addition to carpet and material stains from the blood, we had a $75 vet bill to deal with the burns that wouldn't heal.

I dropped my dog off at 10am and he wasn't done till 5pm. Also they didn't cut him close to how I wanted it and on top of that 3 of his nails were cut to low and he bled all over my carpet.

I have taken my pup (chihuahua / shihtzu mix ) to this groomers two times and have been very pleased with the haircut and the service .Also they have their tables out in the front so you can see what they do. Thank you so much for taking good care with my dog. I will keep coming back. Stephanie Hedrick
