The Central West Virginia Community Action Association coordinates a variety of welfare programs for children and families. The organization operates through locations in Harrison and Lewis counties in West Virginia. The Central West Virginia Community Action Association offers food, juices, diapers and wipes to infant and children up to the age of 5 through the Emergency Infant Food Program.
