This is one of the hardest companies to deal with. The office staff are rude. Thank god it doesn't carry over to the workers. They have out of sight late penalties. mine was $11.00 for 2 days past due date. If you pay on line they charge an out of site charge on how much your bill is. Mine was almost $5 To process your payment. But I guess if you want water you have to deal with them. Its not like there is another waterboard.
