Awesome people very friendly, positive environment and great with my dog. Very impressed with the results, given how small the building and various appointments.

I'm from out of town, took my 2 cats to Pups n' Purrs to be groomed because they had an opening. They did not show me my cat's haircuts before I left the salon. When I got home, they were hideous! They were instructed to give them a lion cut and I provided a picture, only the back halves of them were shaved like they had been prepped for surgery or something. I drove 45 minutes back to the salon to have them fixed. She told me she didn't have the time to do it because she was taking her son to buy a car. My cats had the first appointment of the day and should have been finished properly before moving on to the next client. She did a very poor job and refused to refund my money. I would not recommend Pups n' Purrs.

My dogs and I LOVE Jennifer! She is the ultimate gem of a dog groomer and all around great human being who loves and cares about animals. I have been a customer of hers for over 10 years and wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. If she has advice for me, I take it because she is an experienced animal handler. Jennifer is a delightful woman who sends my dogs home looking and smelling beautiful. Take your furbabies here if they are afraid of "the groomer". After one visit, they won't feel that way any more!

Wonderful place! Friendly staff. Dogs look and smell great. True animal lovers who care about your pet just as much as you do.

This lady will call you after you drop your pet off and tell you all kinds of negative things. Your puppy has an infection, I found a flea, her eyes look watery. We take great pride in providing our pets with up to date shots, flea treatments and Vet visits. She called us once and said our dog had a bowel infection. OBVIOUSLY we quit going to her for this. When I told her we paid for grooming and NOT medical advice she said she is a Chemist. Makes you wonder why she cuts hair for dogs then. BEWARE, VERY WEIRD!
