Clarksdale High School offers a variety of educational services to students. The school operates a library and administers the Title I program. It coordinates business management, financial accounting, and food and nursing services departments. Clarksdale High School also conducts gifted, special and physical education programs. It is a part of the Clarksdale Municipal School District, which governs elementary, middle and high schools. The Clarksdale Municipal School District provides after-school, computer-assisted instruction, and math and reading programs. The district serves more than 3,500 students and is comprised of over 450 staff members. It also operates vocational and alternative education centers.
