I have accounts with Midway propane out of the Clarkson office and have been satisfied with the service! Lynn in the office is very friendly, knows what she is doing and gives outstanding service! This company does what they say when they say. This makes me happy!! Getting great service and a great price!

Started trying to get in contact with them on Monday Feb 15th to order propane, got no answer or call back from multiple voice mails, finally called main office and they placed our order by email, got a call back on the 18th-19th stating that delivery would be on Saturday if not it would be Monday the 22nd. Monday afternoon we called to see if they were going to deliver lady who answered said she didn’t know, called Tuesday 23rd lady who answered said she didn’t know where or if the drivers would be here told her we were out of gas and nearly out of wood for back up, she said she tried to contact drivers but no one replied if they had the order of if they would deliver that day, apparently they don’t dispatch delivery drivers just come in pick up the tickets they want to deliver and go!! Called again yesterday 24th she didn’t know where the driver was last time she talked to him he was on his way in to work but again she didn’t know what tickets he had or what deliveries he would be making informed her we are out of wood. Today 25th 12:37 and still no gas!!!! This type of no service is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! The only reason I give a 1 star rating is because I have choice one other wise it would be ZERO!!!!

We have been waiting 3 weeks to get our propane. Each week they tell us 1st of next week. Today they told me they didn't know when and to look at alternative heating. Pretty bad business.

They ussually have the best price and service.
