If you could give a place of business zero stars Clarkston Glass would deserve that rating. We asked someone to come out and measure for our glass, I asked that they please call before arriving due to having a baby that is asleep at the appointment window...Strike 1- he never called and then when he arrived said "oops, i guess i should have called first, sorry!" I ignored this and ordered the glass, put down my down payment and they told me that my glass would be ready in a week. A week goes by and my glass arrived, installers came to my house in a timely manner with the ABSOLUTE wrong glass and configuration- Strike 2! They apologized and said that they would have them put a rush on the replacement. I asked if i should call and he said "nope they will let you know". About 3 days goes by and I've yet to hear from anyone. I call and they say sorry were putting a rush on it it should be ready in a couple of days. At this point i ask to talk to the owner and am told he's out of the office doing difficult installs. I ask that he call me back and i will be available. Guess what...I NEVER got a call back! I decided after almost an entire week since the wrong glass mishap i would call and see what was going on with my glass. I was once again told that it was put in on a rush and it would be an additional 2 more days. I asked to talk to the owner again and was told he was out doing installs again. Finally hours later i received a call back from "Eric" and was told that i needed to be more relaxed and that this was "just how the glass business works". I was also told that I was rude, and it wasn't that big of a deal that i didn't have shower doors for a week and then proceeded to tell me that he didn't even want to talk to me on the phone and hung up! Umm...thanks a lot for the great customer service and attention to detail Clarkston Glass. I was so upset that my husband called and asked to cancel our order and get a refund. The women that answered the phone said "oh, yeah it's already been cancelled." I guess the owner Eric wasn't going to let us know (again) that we wouldn't be getting our glass. Buyer beware...if you want to be treated with disrespect, get the wrong products delivered and then have your ordered cancelled then this is the company to use for your glass needs.

I really like how Clarkston Glass is a local business! They do great work and always make sure we are satisfied. Fair pricing for the quality of work, which is always good. I would definitely recommend them in the area!

I had clarkston glass over to look at my shower . I had a picture of want I wanted and showed it to the person measuring the shower . After two other companies came over and did not want to do clips like the picture showed, because they said it wound leak . clarkston glass came over and explained how it could be done and give me a better price! It has been 3 months now and everything looks great . thanks to the people at clarkston glass.
