Find another place to go! I have taken my son to New Oakland for about 6 months now. Initial apt was hectic. First psychiatric apt was horrid. I took it upon myself to get my son's needs cared for outside of this office. I did utilize the program for meds, I called to get meds refilled- I waited their 5 days to get his refills. Called the office to pick up the scrips, had another two days of no one knowing what was going on until finally I was told I had to bring my son in for an apt. Duh, by now his meds were GONE! I told them they are incompetent and they put my son in danger, if he needed an apt before he could get his refills they should have called me 7 days ago! The apt they had did not work for I worked, they didn't care. I gave them the same courtesy they gave me, I did not call and we will NEVER return! Go far away from them!
