I presently work with Ideal Home Health Services and have been with them about three years. They are a learning company in respect to weekly education from their Director of Nursing. She educates staff on different illness's and their symptoms, proper documentation and working as a team to make each staff member effective. Also, it prepares us to be more efficient so we are prepared and knowledgeable with Medicare and current changes in our field. This is the best part of my job because it is continuous learning , even though we may go over same information more than once in different ways, it helps me to be a better therapist and stay on track. They are also flexible when you need time away and find coverage for you. Communication internally is also good.
