I would never in a million years recommend this place to anyone. Every poor maintenance and just down right rudeness and unsympathetic. My mother passed away in December 2015 and the date on her name plate (niche)was 2016. They actually still put it up. They didn't even check the date on it. We have yet gotten it corrected. I am just furious. They called me over July 4th holiday stating it will be in on August 1st and here we are August 30 and still not corrected. Really???? 8 months to get a name plate with date of birth and date of death....... Something needs to be done. I would rate the place a Zero , no star but you had to mark at least one or your review wouldn't go thru. So unhappy and disgusted with this whole place. Very poorly ran and they do not care about people at all!

After Pontiac gave up management to outside firm, the place has deteriorated terribly. Virtually no maintenance, mowing company repeated runs over statues, decorations, headstones. I've have seen headstones pushed over by the mowers. They destroy anything in their path. They run over flags and have pulled them up and thrown them down. The office workers say they can do nothing.
