This place has fallen so far. I used to come in bi-weekly, for gel nails and to get my eyebrows done. I stopped going a while back because their prices increased, and decided today to give it another try, to treat myself. The nail tech who did my nails was distracted, cut the nail bed of a few of my fingers. She got up in the middle of it to pay a pizza man, and when she came back she was hurrying. I drove home, and over half of my nails are scratched already, because she didn t apply the top coat correctly. They keep adding charges, and only tell you after they are done. I was charged $5 today because they used white plastic tips instead of the clear ones. Any other salon I have been to hasn't charged extra for this. I asked for a design and she completely forgot, and rushed me out the door. I called to complain, and they didn't offer any help.
