Called to get info and a quote, prices were great, we made an appointment, gave our address, and he told us he wouldn't service us because of where we lived, he had past clients in our area and they did not pay and bills went to collections. We were very hurt by him degrading us because of where we lived in town. We understood his point, but also argued we are not those people, he didn't even offer for us to pay in advance etc, gave us no chance, bad customer service, I got where he was coming from, he didn't want to get burned again. But didn't give us the light of day to offer payment upfront or to plea.
