Eagle Healthcare, Inc was founded by Jeff C. Marshall, Eagle's current President & CEO, for the purpose of providing high quality skilled nursing and rehabilitative services in the Northwest. Jeff's previous national and regional experiences in the long-term care field provided a strong motivation for him to pursue operating a company with a core mission of serving others in need. Jeff selected the "Eagle" name to symbolize several desired characteristics for this new entity, including quality of care that "soars" above the competition and compassionate, life-enriching service to all residents "under its wing"provided by a well-trained and caring staff representing the "wind beneath its wings." These characteristics are described in more detail here.Eagle's operations commenced in December 1992 with two skilled nursing facilities ( "SNFs" ) in Seattle and two SNFs in the Lower Yakima Valley of Washington. Today Eagle operates ten SNFs in Washington, one SNF in Oregon, and one SNF in Idaho with a combined licensed capacity of 945 beds, plus one assisted living facility in Washington with 24 units. Information about these facility operations can be found by clicking here.Eagle's executive leadership is provided by a Management Committee comprised of President Jeff Marshall, Vice President of Ancillary Services Paul Rasmussen, Vice President of Quality Assurance Patti Weaver, Vice President & Senior Administrator Gail McDowell, and Vice President-Controller Sarwesh Kumar. Information about these executives can be found by clicking here.
