the people that work here ar unfriendly thay wont let me return a game

That they don't care about the customer. They do not care if you leave with nothing.

The people that work here are idiots, and very unfriendly. My fiance reserved a game from there with the knowledge that he would get the game because he reserved it. When he went to get it the day it came out, the guy that worked there said he only had three of the game left for my fiances system. When the guy went to get the game for my fiance, he went over to a pile of three games. He took the game from the very bottom of the pile and gave it to my fiance. The box was dented! I don't understand why the guy had to give my fiance the box on the very bottom when there were two others. Not to mention he gave him a dented box. That was rude! Needless to say, we will never go to this GameStop again.
