Have been taking our Toyotas here for many years and they have always done great service/repairs. Prices are a little higher than some other places but their service is worth it. They provide shuttle service in the local area. My only wish is that I could get in there right away but they are typically booked up and I have to wait a few days.

Paid 2000.00 to have my Honda AC serviced. Two weeks after the repair was completed the AC began to fail. They added more refrigerant into the system they just repaired and as you can guess the system again stopped functioning due to the leak they never fixed. Their answer: pay them MORE money to fix the AC system they diagnosed and repaired. Really?

I have been a customer with Hillmuth since I got my first car as a teenager over 24 years ago. My family relied upon them and now having a family of my own I do too. From the owners to the managers, I have NEVER felt more confident in an automotive company than I do with Hillmuth Certified Automotive. I recently moved to N. Virginia and make the trip back to the area just to have my car serviced by Hillmuth. I would recommend this company over and over again. And a special thanks to Terry, "You are the man!"

quality of mechanics work is good, but there prices are too high and dont stand by an estimate. i told them to call me with an estimate to get A/C recharged and ABS sensor fixed. he calls back and says the A/C needs to be charged and the ABS sensor needs to be fixed and it will cost $590 to do so. i told them to wait on the work i will get the truck. when i get there this is a totaly unexpected number of $180 for the check out fee. no where does it say "we charge a check out fee without telling u in advance"



I am very unpleased with the way they handled this situation and the two guys i talked to both had bad attitutes and poor service.
