MY passion is working with families and helping create a warm and loving environment for both parents and children to flourish. MY goal is to allow families to talk about what they need and determine if coaching or counseling in needed. In ONE session or several we CAN review your needs and concerns and offer recommendations to help create a calm and peaceful Family experience. There is NO "right WAY" to parent. It takes evaluating your Family. Seeing what the challenges are then creating a personalized plan to address those CHALLENGES. Topics include but are NOT limited TO: CHILDHOOD anxiety power struggles child development DISCIPLINE ROUTINES/ consistency sibling RIVARLY PARENTAL STRESS/ANXIETY stress reduction and RELAXATION INDIVIDUAL counseling referrals to community RESOURCES ​SLEEPING/NAPPING routines.
