I went in to wash and dry a comforter and the wash went fine. When I went to dry it I had it in the regular dryer. I kept checking and turning it every few minutes. The attendant suggested I put it in the Queen large dryer to help dry it faster. I took her advice, had it on the same setting as the smaller dryer, and the correct setting according to the instructions on the tag. I still checked it after only 4 minutes and when I went to take it out it was so hot it burned my arms. I immediately dropped it to the ground to see steam rising from it and from the inside of the dryer. The dryer sheets were already brown, almost black from being burnt. The dryer FRIED my comforter. The insides of the comforter are now hard as a rock and there are brown stains on the outside of it from the burnt dryer sheets. When I asked to take this up with the manager as the attended said they couldn't do anything, but agreed the situation and the faulty dryer, I left my info for them to call me. After over a month of waiting and continually calling they still have not called me back. There isn't anyone of importance who can do anything actually in the office. I wouldn't trust anything in their establishment ever again.
I had searched high and low before I finally found the perfect comforter and it wasn't cheap. And I can't even get a phone call back.
