Provided by YP.comWe have been living here for a little while now. Originally we were treated fair; however recently we have been seeing increasing lack of service and professionalism.
They say they have trailer parking but it's really not safe. Trailer locks have been broken, trailers stolen and when you leave your trailer hooked up residents complain and the staff calls you in for towing with no warning. And yet originally they told us it was okay because they didn't have another solution to the problem. When we ask them where to park our trailer when the trailer lot is full they told us they have no solution, but will still tow us if we park in the visitors section.
We are treated as if visitors and potential prospects come first. Not the paying clients.
D on staff is friendly and seems to care, but also seemingly has his hands tied. The property manager A.F has treated us like crap from day one and has no people skills whatsoever.
Maintenance issues have a lot to be desired for. I have noticed broken screen doors and when someone moves out maintenance just puts them up again. New people move in and set them aside because they can't get them fixed.
It gets old finding papers on the doors with a slew of things we can't have or can't do. Things as small as, kids can't write with chalks on the walks because it's unprofessional to the property.
Save yourself the stress and find something higher priced with a staff who cares for their clients and where you can truly feel at home.

Provided by YPmobileThis place is a joke. We paid the 30 dollar application fee to reserve our apartment. That day we got a phone call confirming our reservation and set a date to look at the apartments. Today we called to see if we could check out the apartment since we were in the area-they said we did not have the apartment reserved and in order for us to reserve it we would have to pay an additional 200 dollars and we may or may not get the apartment after paying it. ARE YOU kidding me??!! Personally I feel like they are hiding something-the inside. After being told about the 200 dollar additional fee we brought up their negative reviews and told them there was no way we are letting them take any more of our money when they won't let us look inside. As I see it, they lied and stole our 30 bucks. We were under the belief that the 30 dollars was to hold the apartment, apparently not!! At least we only lost 30 dollars.
