Provided by YP.comGarry is amazing. I dropped my external hard drive and lost all my pictures from when I lived in California. I first took the drive to PC Glitches and they robbed me out of $150 and then told me that they were going to need to ship my drive to some specialist for over $1000+ dollars! I called around and then connected with Garry. He told me to get the drive back from them immediately and bring it to him. Two days later he recovered all my pictures, plus all my movies, music and documents that I had saved on my external. Thank you so much Gary I will tell everyone I know about you! A + + + +

Provided by YP.comGarry Conn and his company Clarksville computers is a scam. My wife contacted Mr. Conn to repair a AC adapter jack on my mother's laptop. Mr. Conn had his girlfriend pick up the computer from my wife at work. She was advised the repairs would be finished within 72 business hours by Text Message! When my wife contacted Mr. Conn to inquire about the status of the laptop she was then told it would be another 3-5 business days. Almost 2 weeks after this ordeal had been going on and Mr. Conn had been giving my wife the run-around he finally advises her that he still did not have the part, which he stated was $80 - upon looking up the part it cost $34.90 including shipping and handling. We asked Mr. Conn on numerous occasions to simple reassemble and return the laptop to which he refused and also said if he did he would keep the part. Mr. Conn then had the audacity, after well exceeding the time frame he sent to my wife in text messages (which appears to be the only way he will communicate), that we would still have to pay an additional $80 - bringing the total to $180. When we gave Mr. Conn the computer the AC/DC wall adapter worked fine and somehow when it was returned it did not costing us another $75 + tax. Mr. Conn did not do the job he was asked to, lied to my wife, myself, and my mother on numerous occasions about numerous things (including costs, timelines and about himself personally to try and arouse some sort of emotional compassion for himself to lessen the severity of the problem and our anger). And then had the woman he called his wife, who he later said was not, bring the computer back to my wife. He overcharged us $45.10 for a part which you can view here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/390406192328#ht_1941wt_931! This man is just what his name says, "A Con!" Stay far away from this business.
